Hazelnut Fudge

Hazelnut Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 3 c Sugar
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1/2 c Corn syrup
  • 3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c Butter
  • 2 ts Vanilla
  • 1 c Oregon hazelnuts

Instructions:


Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238. Pour into mixing bowl;
add vanilla; cool 15 minutes. Beat until thick. Stir in nuts and pour into
buttered pan.
