Super Chocolate Sorbet

Super Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Water
  • 2 oz Semisweet chocolate; 2 sq.
  • 1/3 c Light corn syrup
  • 2 tb Coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 c Low-fat (1%) milk; at room temperature

Instructions:


Heat water, chocolate, corn syrup and liqueur in medium saucepan
over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in milk.
Immediately transfer to ice-cream maker and freeze according to
manufacturer's directions.
Total prep time: 10 minutes plus freezing.
