Rich Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1 c Confectioners sugar
- 3 tb Butter, softened
- 2 tb Hot tap water
- 1 oz Baking chocolate
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
Instructions:
In small mixer bowl, beat confectioners sugar, butter, water, chocolate
and vanilla until smooth. Pour drizzle over cake. Makes 3/4 cup glaze.
